For residents to gain access to the facilities, there are three steps which are explained below.

  1. Owners and residents should register their details online
Please create an account (https://accessgreen.ie/my-account/). You just need your email. Your password will be sent to you in an email with the subject line: “Your account has been created!” You can change this password later.

You can also use your Google account to create an account.
  2. Residents should complete the Quick Start Guide
After registering, tenants and owner occupiers should complete the Quick Start Guide (https://www.accessgreen.ie/courses/quick-start-guide-to-using-shared-facilities/).

It only takes 5-10 minutes and it means that everyone who is using the facilities is aware of what’s expected. This way we can more efficiently manage the facility and keep costs down.

You will be asked to provide your contact details including: your name, mobile number and Eircode/Postcode. Find your Eircode – (https://finder.eircode.ie/)
  3. ACCESSGREEN will process your registration.
Only when the appropriate steps above are completed, we will verify your details for that account. You will receive an email that your have been registered for your property. This email will includes links about the facilities. A text message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the access codes.

    Landlords
We would encourage all owners to do the Quick Start Guide but it is optional for landlords. By default, landlords will not be granted accesses to the bin store.

Note: On our login and registration pages, you will be prompted to tick a box saying “I am human”. You may be asked to perform an easy matching task. This is hCaptcha technology to stop bots and spam. hCaptcha doesn’t require any of your personal data in order to work.
