After residents have registered their details, they will asked to agree to Terms & Conditions of Use and House Rules for the facilities in their particular development.
Enforcement of these policies may be carried out by a third party.
Where accessgreen is in charge of enforcement, residents who break the Terms & Conditions of Use and House Rules for the facilities may be fined. Residents for that unit will be informed by SMS/mail and they may lose access to the facility until the matter is resolved.
A resident has two weeks from the issuing of the fine to pay or to appeal the fine. After those two weeks, if the fine has not paid or an appeal has not been lodged, the fine will be added to the management fees for that unit, at the discretion of the Directors of the Owners’ Management Company (OMC). accessgreen limited will not accept appeals after this time.
